How is the manager going to explain to his boss that he was in a fight with one of his associates? The manager has placed himself in a no win situation and probably will face disciplinary action and possibly lose his job. A harmless football party has gone badly and the consequences aren’t favorable for the manager.

 If you decide to attend any of these functions think about the questions I have shared above along with countless others.
