Many companies can learn a lot from UPS regarding various facets of the business world from customer service to cost control to employee relations to giving customers a sense of reliability. May be the automotive company executives should be required to go and work for UPS for a period of time before they return to work tomorrow; may be that will make them better managers and not remain to be the cry babies that they have recently become.  Winn E.
