So, after you have gathered all of the prospects general and personal information.  You will need to make a list of questions to ask them.  The questions will allow you see the prospect’s abilities and if they have any potential.  When you are collecting this information, you will want to listen, more then you speak.  The prospect will tell you everything you need to know.  Also make sure you write it all down on their prospect sheet.  This will be impertinent to you becoming a top income earner

Here are the questions you should ask everyone in your downline.

-         Have you ever been involved or owned a business in this industry?

-         How many years was it?

-         How many companies were you involved with?

-         Why did you leave the other companies?

-         What was the name of the last one?

1. If the potential prospect’s answer is yes ask them these specific questions.

-         What was the reason for starting a business in this industry?

-         How are you building your business?

-         What do you think the biggest challenge is?  Why?

-         How many people do you sponsor a week?

-         What is the size of your team?

-         How much do you invest each month in your business?

-         How much are you making?

-         What is your “Why”? (Goals)

-         Are you married?

-         Do you have kids?

-         What are you interested in?

After you have asked them all the questions above, ask them if they have any question for you.  If not, end the interview.  Let them know you are here to help and give them your phone number.  Tell them they can call you anytime they want.

Now that you have finished the interview process look over all of the information.  You will want to compare all of the prospects to each other.  This will help you find the best leaders for your business.  Once you find the best leaders, make some notes to when you plan on following up with them.  With this technique you can organize your whole downline and know what your team is made of.

That’s it, it’s that simple.  This little technique is the difference between 90% and the other 10%.  You maybe saying to yourself, “I already know that.”  But are you implementing it.  That is the difference between top earner and the average network marketer.  Here’s to your success!!  Zack Miller
