After being purchased by Microsoft in July of 2002, the software has undergone a number of improvements. This is particularly true with the latest version of the software application. In doing so, their employees can learn at their own pace, while also being able to continually access the CDs in order to run through refresher materials if they forget how to use a part of the application not often used.
